The usual contents of email spam (actually also most of my trackback spam) is (quite astonishing actually) not directly about porn but about all kinds of drugs.
And it's kinda comforting to know that out there in the vast chaos that is the internet, there is someone who cares about my penis, someone who has never seen it but just knows that it's too tiny and not working properly. So they send me all those links to places where I can get stuff to "fix" those issues. And of course antidepressants to fight my lingering feeling of "crap, my wiener is too small". Well there's also some Prozac replacements in case I still don't get laid after taking their enlargement stuff. It's the full package!
